Shipping Policy

The Winged Skull Store only ships to the following member countries of the European Union: 

 France - Monaco - Belgium - Luxembourg - Netherlands - Denmark - Germany - Poland - Austria - Slovenia - Croatia - Czech Republic - Slovakia - Hungary - Switzerland - Spain - Portugal.

(Italy): We have noted with regret that in certain regions of Italy, delivery times to Italy are not respected by the local postal services of the country concerned. In order to maintain a serious and competitive image of our company, after careful consideration, we have made the decision to stop offering our products in certain regions of Italy, with the exception of the following regions : Emilia-Romagna – Fruili-Venezia Giulia - Liguria - Lombardy - Piedmont - Trentino South Tyrol - Aosta Valley - Veneto.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 or 48 hours on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    Shipments are secure with tracking by COLISSIMO Post.

Generally speaking, unless there is an error on our part, your order will be shipped within 24 hours to 48 hours except in the case of reservation, refusal or non-payment, incomplete address or unforeseen stock shortage.

Delivery times and prices:

  Delivery times for Colissimo packages are given as an indication and are expressed in working days.

Depending on the address indicated at the time of payment, the delivery time of your order to your home or to a Colissimo relay point is between 48 hours or 72 hours (For France), these average times are respected and they may vary depending on the destination.
Allow 5-7 days for other European countries and may vary depending on distance! .

The price tag at the port of COLISSIMO at our boutique is: 4.90€ for France Metropolitaine.

For France: we are committed to keeping these costs at a competitive level compared to the average of 4.90 C per Colissimo delivery to your home or to a Colissimo collection point, depending on your preference in terms of address.

Other countries

Delivery is €16.70 for one-off payments within the European Union. (Outside of France).

Please note that shipping costs will be free from an order amount of €35, for France and European Union countries.

It is not possible to combine delivery costs with the price of the item to benefit from free shipping.

 

Pack your order
All our products are sent in secure boxes or padded pouches depending on their size and fragility.

All caps for sale on our site are shipped in secure boxes, just like most of our items on our Winged Skull website.

Reception of your order:

( our items are inspected before sending ! )

When receiving your package, do not sign anything without checking that it has not been damaged or opened!
If in doubt, please check in front of the delivery person (or counter attendant) that nothing is missing and that no item is damaged. If this is the case, you need:
ask to immediately establish a written reservation of which you will send us a copy if the service is provided by Colissimo
stipulate the nature of the damage with as much detail as possible on the delivery slip, which you will date and sign if it is Colissimo post.

In all cases, please refuse the package in its entirety and contact us as soon as possible. If your declaration has not reached us within 14 days, we will not be able to replace your order.


From the date of delivery of your order, WINGED SKULL HENDAYE gives you 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Remember to keep the packaging of the products that will be essential to you in the event of a return or exchange.
Please note, however, that our team will not take back or exchange incomplete, worn, damaged, worn or soiled items.

Order not received

If your package is returned to us for “unclaimed”, “refused” or “NPAI” reasons, WINGED SKULL HENDAYE contact us to reship it.
  Additional shipping charges may be required.

In the event that we do not receive any response from you within 14 days (under certain conditions), additional shipping costs may be required, in accordance with current IT legislation.

If we do not receive any response from you within 14 days, your order will be considered lost.

We inform you that the Winged Skull company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the delivery of your order by La Poste shipping services or private shipping services. 
This includes cases where your package is lost or does not arrive at its destination. Any refund will be made after the results of the investigation requested from the postal services, this investigation may last up to 45 days maximum.

Return policy

Our items are brand new.

Our returns policy has a fixed duration of 14 days.

In the event that 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

It is important to emphasize that return costs will always be the responsibility of the customer (In accordance with current legislation)

In the event that an error is made on our part, such as sending the wrong size or the wrong item, we undertake to provide you with a shipping slip for returning the item, free of charge.

However, please note that once the deadline indicated on the slip has passed and you still have not returned the item in time for the exchange, the return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

After 14 days from receipt of the package.

NO EXCHANGE OR RECOURSE will be possible once the date has passed, (14 Days) in accordance with the IT law which protects traders in accordance with current legislation.

 The right of withdrawal :

Laws of July 27, 2005 / 121-20 and the following articles of the Consumer Code:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Once the item has been inspected by our services and the item is in condition with the original packaging, only a refund or exchange can be made and within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. date indicate on the return slip! .

 

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.
